Over the years, we have developed the following process to ensure that every detail in your home will be as you envisioned and makes for an extremely pleasant, rewarding building experience.
Step 1. We help you pick your neighborhood and the lot that you like
Step 2: Design your Home. We'll use a floor plan you've chosen, one of ours, or we can create a floor plan that fits your family
Step 3: Decorate your home. Work with our Professional Decorator to choose everything from your colors and flooring to your lighting and appliance packages.
Step 4: Finalize your Price. The price we agree on up front will be the same price at the closing table! We choose everything up front, so that we can guarantee that the price of your new home WILL NOT INCREASE during construction.
Step 5: Pre-Construction Meeting. Meet with our builder to go over your plans, decorator and upgrade choices one last time and make any last minute changes.
Step 6: Trim meeting with our Carpenter. We walk through you home with our trim carpenter and design your cabinets, closets, and all the trim in your home. He draws it out as you have described and he custom builds in on site.
